END-USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

Agreement and related policies

This End-User Licence Agreement (the “EULA”) is a contract between you and Valorem Bets governing your access to and use of Valorem Bets digital content, member channels and related features.

By accepting this EULA at checkout, activating access or using the licensed material, you agree to it. If you do not agree, do not activate or use the service. This EULA should be read with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Your order confirmation identifies the plan, price and licence period you selected. Whop provides checkout, payment and membership-access infrastructure; Valorem Bets remains the supplier and licensor of the Valorem Bets service.

What is licensed

Depending on the active plan, licensed material may include:

• Pre-off horse-racing and greyhound-racing alerts;
• Prices, minimum acceptable prices, bet types and suggested unit sizes;
• Methodology and educational material;
• Member-only Discord channels and messages;
• Settled results, statistics and dashboard presentations; and
• Valorem Bets copy, graphics, layouts and other member resources.

The service is licensed, not sold. Buying a subscription does not transfer ownership of the licensed material or any Valorem Bets intellectual property.

Your personal licence

The licence is granted to one adult for one account. It begins when access is activated and ends when the trial or paid access period ends, or earlier if it is terminated in accordance with this EULA. “Revocable” does not permit arbitrary removal of paid access: suspension and termination are governed by the specific rules below and by mandatory consumer law.

No bookmaker account, betting account, stake, wager, software installation, source code or perpetual right is supplied under this licence.

Eligibility and account security

You may use the licensed material only if:

• You are at least 18 and of legal gambling age where you live;
• You can legally enter a binding contract;
• The service and any betting you independently choose are lawful where you are; and
• You are not using the service in breach of a self-exclusion arrangement.

Membership access is for one named adult. Keep your Whop, Discord, email and related credentials secure. Do not share access, add another person to your account or allow anyone under 18 to view member-only betting content. Tell admin@valorembets.com promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Permitted use

Subject to this EULA, you may:

• Read and use licensed material for your own personal information and education;
• Keep reasonable personal notes or records of alerts you received;
• Take limited screenshots for your own private record-keeping; and
• Quote a short extract where permitted by law, with clear attribution.

Any betting decision remains entirely yours. A permitted personal record must not become a shared feed, public archive, commercial database or substitute for a Valorem Bets membership.

Restrictions

Unless Valorem Bets gives prior written permission or applicable law expressly permits it, you must not:

• Share credentials or provide membership access to another person;
• Copy, repost, publish, relay, stream, resell, sublicense or redistribute alerts or member content;
• Operate an alert-forwarding service, syndicate or shared betting group using the licensed material;
• Scrape, crawl, monitor or systematically extract messages, results or dashboard data;
• Use bots, scripts or automated tools to capture or reproduce the service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to discover any non-public system or methodology;
• Build, train, benchmark or improve a competing product, model or dataset using the licensed material;
• Remove ownership notices or falsely claim that Valorem Bets content is your own;
• Alter results or context in a way that is misleading; or
• Use the service unlawfully, fraudulently or to interfere with another user or platform.

These restrictions do not prohibit conduct that cannot lawfully be restricted, including fair dealing, fair use, accessibility or interoperability rights where applicable.

Ownership and intellectual property

Valorem Bets and its licensors retain all rights in the branding, original alert compilation, selection and arrangement of information, methodology, commentary, writing, graphics, dashboard presentation and educational material.

This EULA does not claim ownership of raw public facts such as race names, runners, scheduled times or publicly quoted odds. Rights may nevertheless exist in Valorem Bets' original expression, analysis, database structure and compilation of those facts.

“Valorem Bets” and associated visual identity may not be used to imply endorsement, partnership or authorship without written permission.

Feedback and honest reviews

If you voluntarily send product feedback or suggestions, you permit Valorem Bets to use them to improve the service without payment or attribution, provided we do not publish your personal information without a lawful basis.

Nothing in this EULA prevents an honest review, complaint, report to a regulator or lawful disclosure. You must not disclose other members' personal information or reproduce substantial member-only content when doing so.

Third-party platforms

Whop, Discord, Meta/Instagram, bookmakers and other connected providers are independent services with their own terms, privacy notices and technical rules. Your right to use those services comes from the relevant provider, not this EULA.

Valorem Bets is not responsible for an independent bookmaker's odds, market availability, settlement decision, account restriction or refusal of a bet. We remain responsible for Valorem Bets' own obligations and will use reasonable efforts to provide an alternative, extension or proportionate remedy where a material platform outage prevents access for an extended period.

Service updates and availability

We may update the service for security, legal compliance, platform compatibility, error correction or genuine improvement. Updates may change presentation, channel structure or technical requirements, but we will not use this right to retrospectively remove a material paid feature without an appropriate remedy.

For a material adverse change, we will give reasonable advance notice where practicable and allow cancellation before it applies. If Valorem Bets permanently withdraws a material prepaid service for reasons not caused by you, an unused portion will be refunded where required or appropriate.

Race schedules, qualifying opportunities and alert volume vary. Maintenance, abandoned events, network failures and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.

Information only: no bookmaker, advice or guarantee

Alerts, prices, stakes, statistics and methodology are general information, not personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We do not assess your finances, debts, gambling history, risk tolerance or personal circumstances.

No selection, strike rate, closing-line-value figure, return-on-investment figure or historical record guarantees winners or profit. Odds can move immediately, and you can lose all money staked. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.

Suspension and termination

Valorem Bets may proportionately suspend or terminate this licence for a serious or repeated breach, payment failure, fraud, unlawful conduct, access sharing, redistribution, threats, a material security risk or a binding legal or platform requirement.

Unless urgent action is reasonably necessary, we will identify the issue and give you a reasonable opportunity to correct it. We will not retain prepaid money as a punishment. If we permanently end paid access for reasons not caused by you, we will provide an extension, alternative access or refund of the unused portion where required or appropriate.

When the licence ends, you must stop accessing and redistributing licensed material and delete copies other than limited personal records you may lawfully retain. Provisions concerning ownership, restrictions, responsibility, disputes and accrued rights continue where their nature requires.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this EULA excludes, restricts or replaces a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Return and Refund Policyexplains cancellation and refund routes in more detail.

United Kingdom

UK digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose made known and as described; services must be supplied with reasonable care and skill. Available remedies may include repair or replacement, repeat performance, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Australia

Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including due care and skill, fitness for a disclosed purpose and supply within a reasonable time where no time is fixed. You may be entitled to a remedy for a major or non-major failure.

United States and other locations

You retain applicable federal, state and local consumer protections, including rights relating to truthful descriptions, recurring subscriptions and cancellation. State or local law may provide additional rights. This EULA applies only to the fullest extent permitted where you live.

Responsibility and remedies

Valorem Bets is responsible for foreseeable loss caused by its breach of this EULA or failure to use reasonable care and skill. It is not responsible for loss caused solely by your independent betting decision, a race result, changing odds, bookmaker action, information you enter incorrectly or an event outside reasonable control that could not reasonably be prevented.

The service is licensed for personal use, so Valorem Bets is not responsible for business losses such as lost business revenue or opportunity. Nothing excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, deliberate misconduct or mandatory consumer rights. The Terms of Service contain the complete responsibility and complaints provisions for the subscription.

Governing law and international users

This EULA is governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you retain mandatory consumer protections provided by the law of your country, state or territory.

You may bring proceedings in any court made available by applicable consumer and jurisdiction law, including courts in your home jurisdiction where applicable. This clause does not create exclusive England-and-Wales jurisdiction.

If part of this EULA is unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder continues. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer this licence. Valorem Bets may transfer the agreement in a genuine sale or restructuring only where doing so does not reduce your rights and after appropriate notice.

Changes, precedence and contact

We may update this EULA for future subscriptions. A material change affecting an active paid period will be notified clearly before it applies. If you do not accept a material adverse change, you may cancel before it takes effect and retain any remedy required by law.

If documents conflict, the order confirmation controls the selected plan, price and billing dates; the Return and Refund Policy controls our additional refund promises; this EULA controls the content licence and acceptable use; and the Terms of Service control the wider subscription relationship. Mandatory law always prevails.
